SEWING

Step-2-Music

A low impact, dance oriented, group exercise program for seniors. It is designed to address the gap between seated and standing Aerobics as well as prepare participants for other dance classes. The initial movement is in place, emphasizing how we move and movement with the music. Further along, subsequent steps and movement introduce the participants to Ballroom, Square Dancing, and Line Dance material. Sessions are 45 minutes of continuous movement; but individuals are allowed/encouraged to take breaks as necessary.
